A Little Bit About the Position


Embark on a dynamic career as a Field Client Support Representative (CSR) at Gemini Legal, where your enthusiasm and proactive approach will shine. In this role, you'll support our Account Manager(s) in a defined region, showcasing your problem-solving skills, effective judgment, and strong time management. Engage with clients, navigate systems seamlessly, and play a vital role in entering orders, researching and resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Your responsibilities extend to regularly visiting clients' offices in person, maintaining an organized calendar, displaying attention to detail, and handling confrontations professionally.   • Location: Hybrid-remote based out of our West Covina, CA office; Representatives will be assigned to a territory (East Los Angeles or San Fernando Valley)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Compensation: $19.23-$25.96/hr
  • Travel: Position may require 20-30% travel across the region as needed. Regular visits to client’s law offices will be required.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years previous customer service experience, administrative, and/or data entry experience required
  • 1+ year previous legal office experience highly preferred
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proof-reading, syntax and grammar
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Presentation and public speaking
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work and function in a fast-paced environment, on deadline
  • Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to follow direction and process guidelines
  • Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
  • Must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and automobile insurance
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Exceptional teamwork
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, i.e. attendance, dress code and professionalism

Functional Requirements
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, including, but not limited to:
