Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and is dedicated to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem and working with the appropriate teams to offer a solution.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Proven customer service experience or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
