Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and is dedicated to providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem and working with the appropriate teams to offer a solution.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proven customer service experience or experience in a similar role.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
