Salad and Go is seeking a Manager, Strategic Insights & Analytics to help inform our most important decisions as we continue on our massive growth trajectory. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Insights & Analytics, this role will be instrumental in uncovering valuable learnings and delivering actionable recommendations, leveraging a wide variety of sources including internal first-party customer databases, syndicated/market research, custom studies, media intelligence, and more.
This is a hybrid in-office position based in the Dallas-Forth Worth metro area.
As a Manager, Strategic Insights & Analytics, you will:
- Be the leader of reporting insights and analytics from our first party guest database, translating data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners across the organization
- Own guest behavior analyses and reporting, both ongoing and ad hoc: query data, run analyses, build dashboards, develop insights
- Integrate multiple data sources to tell the stories of business performance, issues to address, and opportunities to tap into
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the business to generate meaningful hypotheses, uncover validated answers, and recommend courses of action
- Analyze and build dashboards for respondent level survey data
- Support culinary innovation planning with insights from specific Salad and Go guest behavior
- Support measurement of media performance to inform marketing mix optimization in collaboration with media agencies
Requirements
- Genuine curiosity & willingness to iterate in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with high business intuition, good collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to gather, clean, analyze and interpret large and complex datasets
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, & Tableau; other programming languages & applied experience with predictive modeling and forecasting is a plus
- Experience in an organization maintaining and analyzing direct-to-consumer customer data (e.g., restaurant, retail, financial services)
- 7+ years professional experience in insights, analytics, consulting, and/or data science
