Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of Vice President for Digital Experience & Strategic Accounts. This position will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's digital transformation initiatives while also managing and nurturing key strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital technologies, customer experience strategies, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Experience Leadership:

    • Lead the development and execution of the digital experience strategy.
    • Drive innovation in digital technologies and platforms to enhance customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and IT to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business objectives.
  2. Strategic Account Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify new business opportunities within strategic accounts and lead the pursuit of new partnerships and initiatives.
  3. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Build and lead a high-performing team of digital experience and strategic account professionals.
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
    • Set clear goals and performance expectations, and regularly assess team performance against key metrics and objectives.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Utilize data analytics and insights to inform strategic decision making and optimize digital experiences and account management strategies.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, and implement initiatives to drive improvement.
  5. Industry and Market Awareness:

    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to digital experience and strategic account management.
    • Leverage industry knowledge to identify market opportunities and inform strategic planning and decision making.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or related roles, with a focus on customer experience and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing strategic accounts and driving business growth within a B2B or B2C context.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term vision and plans.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
