The Talent Relations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting multiple departments and teams. They will take a proactive approach to problem-solving with professional level verbal and written communications skills. Daily Tasks
Note-taking on calls/meetings and relaying appropriate info to appropriate team
members, digesting summaries from Fireflies.ai
Schedule and keep track of routine talent calls/ in person meetings
Admin/ document organization / SOP and Processes maintenance
Contract/ accounting organization
DMCA reporting/ management
Creating marketing decks/ talent decks for meetings
Help coordinate affiliate partnerships
Strategist/ Talent Support Tasks:
Schedule and keep track of routine talent calls/ in person meetings
Assisting strategy team members with talent content guides/ livestream guides/ talent
performance updates/ talent communication/ weekly checklists, etc.
Content organization
Team task accountability
Monitoring talent/team communication
Talent Relations:
Talent gifting/ milestone trophy deliveries/ onboarding gifts
Creating talent birthday social media posts
Talent meeting prep - food, beverage, flowers, champagne, etc.
