Job Title: Kpop Talent Training Coordinator
Job Summary:
A2O Entertainment USA, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kpop Talent Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our talent development department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the training schedules for our musicians, artists, and singers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage training schedules for all company trainees
- Create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records
- Gather and evaluate information from trainees and management to identify weaknesses and areas for additional training
- Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
- Assist with designing and developing training programs
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and artistic eye
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Top-notch communication, collaboration, and intrapersonal skills
- Proven ability to self-motivate and be detail-oriented
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work after hours and on weekends based on business needs
- Bi-lingual in English and Korean/Mandarin preferred
