The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in daily recruiting activities and in partnership with CTO and recruiters to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates from initial contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring solid administrative experience and thrive in a fastpaced environment. They should also possess a high level of curiosity pride and a strong drive to achieve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post jobs and update candidate actions notes and records in ATS.
  • Coordinate Zoom and onsite meetings with candidates and hiring managers arranging travel as needed.
  • Ensure clear communication and a seamless hiring process
  • Communicate via calls text and emails to schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team; ensure all parties are informed and prepared and arrive on time for interviews
  • Take an active role in each candidate's onsite experience including facilitating interviews and serving as the point of contact for all candidate needs
  • Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by consistently delivering highquality results
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders
  • Special projects and additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 12 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting Agency and/or HR.
  • Excellent communication ss verbally and in writing and the ability to interact effectively with all staff levels.
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office suite applicant tracking systems and related systems.
  • Excellent organizational and follow through ss and the ability to effectively multitask prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to excellence with a pion for delivering results continuous growth and taking initiative
