The B2B – Customer Relationship Specialist III - Casino Primary responsibilities include learning all aspects of products, the USPC ordering process, and the Customer Service experience that differentiates our brands from competition.

What you’ll do as a B2B – Customer Relationship Specialist III - Casino:

  • Coordinates with customer, account manager, operations and logistics teams to ensure orders will be accurate and on time
  • Is diligent in adhering to jurisdictional regulatory requirements (gaming notices, approvals, etc.)
  • Works with account executives and customer to ensure new accounts order details, artwork, payment terms, delivery details are collecting accurately from customer and setup in USPC’s information systems
  • Manage all aspects of repeat orders from existing customers
  • Works with Operations teams and internal product production specs to ensure orders are complete and accurate
  • Complies with and advises on improvements of existing and future customer service processes
  • Ensures account executive and legal staff have accurate information on pricing, and orders for sales contracts
  • Process intercompany orders received by International Teammates
  • Coordinate job set-up for all Casino products produced and shipped from USPC’s Erlanger, KY location
  • Entering and tracking orders
  • Making freight arrangements to destinations worldwide
  • Be the point of contact for 3rd party carriers
  • Complete necessary paperwork for international shipments as required
  • USA territory responsibility as directed

We’re looking for a B2B – Customer Relationship Specialist III - Casino with:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years customer service/sales experience
  • Experience SAP and Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM system
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Project Management
  • Experience with International logistics, incoterms, etc., required
  • Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation, and the community; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is preferred
