Customer Relations Coordinator

Job Summary
As a Customer Relations Coordinator at Fischer Homes, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to customers' warranties on their Fischer homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the Warranty Department to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
* Utilize process-oriented approaches to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty
* Enter data accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely updates and record-keeping
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of Customer Service experience
* Experience working in the homebuilding industry
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
* Must be able to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers
* Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills to operate office supplies
* Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing
