USPC Strategic Account Executives are essential to the business, representing our industry-leading brands to the largest casinos in the world. They are leaders who possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, demonstrating creativity and initiative to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

The Strategic Account Executive – Gaming Channel, Casinos – East Region will lead customer retention and growth areas. Primary responsibilities include, learning all aspects of the North American Table Game Casino Business, Bee Playing Card product benefits, and the USPC business model. While working closely with Casino Team Leadership, the Account Manager will lead and own the responsibility of driving profitable business retention and growth, influence purchasing decisions as well as practicing conceptual selling techniques while utilizing data-based presentations and relationship-building to close deals. The Account Manager will develop and support our branded product by recommending product strategies that are based on a deep understanding of casino needs. USPC is seeking candidates who are driven leaders, analytical problem-solvers, and excellent communicators. Equally important, candidates must have proven skills in planning and managing priorities with attention to detail. While some administrative work is necessary, we lead a continuous improvement culture to drive efficiency and effectiveness. We expect teammates to deliver on commitments by working effectively with diverse groups of people (internally and externally) through creativity, discipline, and initiative.


PLEASE NOTE:

1) This role will be supporting our U.S. east accounts as far north as New England, and as far south as Florida. The ideal candidate will be located in or around these areas, in order to successfully travel to our accounts

**please note, these are examples of locations on the coast (i.e. Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina).


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 years' experience in B2B sales, in related industry and/or type of accounts (preference in hospitality, entertainment, F&B)
  • Ability to make recommendations for solutions based on information gathered and analyzed
  • Experience with strategies for customer retention, to build and develop our accounts in a win-win result
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and functional groups (retention goal of 95%)
  • Experience with building, and negotiating contracts, in order to attract and win customer commitment, while maintaining Cartamundi revenue goals
  • Able to stay on top of industry trends, and events, in order to stay engaged with the customer (i.e. events, and other networking opportunities)
  • Experience using a CRM to track al customer account information (preferably Salesforce)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

The position requires employees to apply for and earn licensing in required gaming jurisdictions. Physical requirements and working conditions:

  • Must be able to travel 50 percent of work time to customers and tradeshows (see note above regarding the region)
  • Ability to work overtime and evening hours engaging customers; occasionally on weekends with short notice (for required customer events)
