Job Description:

GritHR Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Bethlehem, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and effective management of employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Generate payroll reports and assist in audits as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in payroll and benefits regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
  • Excellent understanding of federal and state payroll regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Certification in Payroll (CPP) or Benefits (CEBS) is a plus.
