Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and optimize our accounts payable processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and process payments, including electronic transfers and checks.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address and resolve billing issues.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications:
