Objectives of this Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for pet parents and their pets, providing a friendly and professional greeting that sets the tone for their visit.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Address inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a seamless experience for every guest.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet pet parents and their pets warmly as they arrive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in questions with accurate information and a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage bookings and reservations using Gingr (our operating system) to keep track of bookings, appointments, and scheduled services.
  • Ensure that all services are accurately billed.
  • Keep the front desk tidy and welcoming, following cleanliness protocols.
  • Collaborate with Pet Care Specialists and other team members to coordinate guest services and special requests.
