RiskRelease, a growing startup in the InsurTech space, is seeking a motivated and organized Client Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow their career in customer success, and contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing startup. This role is a steppingstone to a Client Success Manager position. The Client Success Coordinator will be provided with training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge needed to transition into a CSM role. This is an onsite position with an office location near Central Expressway and I635.

Who we are seeking:

A proactive, dedicated, and experienced Customer Success professional to ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients and their residents in the multifamily real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, client services, administrative, property management, project management or within the software industry, and a deep understanding of the multifamily market. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through supporting onboarding and product adoption, customer retention and addressing their needs to foster long-term success and loyalty.

We are searching for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team player to play a vital role in supporting our Client Success team. You'll be responsible for providing administrative and operational support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients with RiskRelease.

What your day will look like:

  • Assist the Client Success team with onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Manage client data within systems, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate and process client invoices according to specific billing requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including assisting with license management, agreement drafting, and document tracking.
  • Respond to basic client inquiries related to their accounts and claims.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team on various projects and initiatives.
  • Be a team player, willing to jump into new or unfamiliar areas to support the team's needs.
  • Embrace a "wear-many-hats" mentality and contribute wherever necessary in this fast-paced startup environment.
  • Continuously learn and develop your skills to become a valuable asset to the team's success.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry role within the multifamily or SaaS industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

It’s a PLUS if you have:

  • Startup Experience
  • Experience in the property management industry.
  • Experience with Yardi, ResMan, Entrata, RealPage, AppFolio or other CRMS withing Multifamily
  • Understanding of Tenant Liability products and services (we can provide training).
