Position Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while gaining hands-on experience in entry-level marketing tasks. This position involves a mix of administrative duties and basic marketing functions, allowing you to grow your skills in both areas. You’ll handle tasks ranging from managing incoming calls to posting product listings online, as well as supporting the management team with scheduling, reporting, and logistics.
Responsibilities
• Enter Products into Inventory – Use the company’s CRM system to add and update product information.
• Perform Basic Marketing Functions – Post products to third-party marketing websites and online listing services to increase brand visibility.
• Provide Clerical and Administrative Support – Ensure efficiency within the office by assisting with day-to-day tasks.
• Answer Incoming Phone Calls – Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls to the appropriate departments, and handle general inquiries from customers.
• Prepare Documents – Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and quotes.
• Manage Operational and Logistics Projects – Support office projects related to operations and logistics as needed.
• Order Office Supplies – Arrange for the purchase and delivery of office supplies to maintain a productive workspace.
Requirements / Experience
• Self-Motivated and Goal-Driven – Must be proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Highly Organized – Able to manage multiple tasks, track project statuses, and close out projects efficiently.
• Adaptability – Able to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
• Strong Phone Presence – Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Computer Proficiency – Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
