Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in cultivating an outstanding patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing appointment flow and patient scheduling
  • Overseeing account management and billing processes
  • Collecting and processing payments
  • Providing general administrative support for the center
  • Connecting with each patient to show compassion and understanding
  • Ensuring smooth communication with patients and managing their expectations

A Day in the Life:

Imagine starting your day by opening the center and setting up patients and the team for success. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with patients, reminding them of appointments, scheduling follow-ups, answering phone calls, and organizing the office. Your day will also include gathering reviews from patients and ensuring they feel valued and heard.

The biggest challenge in this position is managing multiple patients and projects simultaneously. Staying organized and maintaining a calm demeanor is crucial for success. Your ultimate goal is to ensure a seamless experience for every patient and to support your team in achieving this.
