We are looking for a SaaS Deployment Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure the successful deployment, configuration, and integration of our SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS Development Management.
  • Experience in managing data integration projects.
  • Proficiency in Azure API, Microservices, API-driven architecture, Azure Functions, and Application Development.
  • Familiarity with data architecture and data models.
  • Ability to develop technical documentation and deliver user training.
  • Manage the deployment and support of the Management of Change (SaaS) anchor application across the enterprise.
  • Coordinate project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors, cross-functional teams, Business Units, developers, and IT professionals.
  • Translate technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders and clients.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges.
  • Oversee the development of data products and integration efforts with internal and vendor teams.
  • Work with Managed Services Provider to handle daily support tasks.
  • Develop technical product documentation and conduct user training sessions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline deployment procedures.
  • Conduct audit reviews and manage IRM (Information Resource Management) tasks.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
