Supervisor: Location Groups Director
Employment Status: Class III, hourly, non-exempt
Position Purpose:
The Location Groups Coordinator will provide administrative support to the groups department, connect with others through excellent communication, create a multiplication culture, grow and develop Groups members, leaders and coaches in discipleship.
Position Responsibilities:
- Administratively and relationally oversee groups leaders, coaches, and participants for the Location
- Actively recruit to increase Group leaders at the Location
- Coach a minimum 1-2 leaders per semester
- Maintain all Groups through CCB (from input to archive)
- Planning, preparing, and executing set up for all training and equipping events for Groups department
- Communicate and place people in the Groups leader pipeline
- Organize and execute Groups sign up weekends at the Location
- Gather and maintain Groups stats for Location for Groups Director and Location Pastor
- Process groups inquiries for the Location
- Recruit volunteers for various needs throughout the year: Groups sign ups and equipping events
- Maintain and organize Groups storage and supplies
- Maintain unity and collaborate with other Location Groups Coordinators
- Attend weekly/monthly staff prayer, all staff, Groups department, Location team meetings, and administrative meetings
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- The ability to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Respond in a timely manner (within 24 hours) to ministry related communication (electronic, telephone, or personal contacts)

Relational Connections:
- Genuine servant-hood, Gospel-centeredness, and spiritual maturity that results in good communication skills with ministry heads, staff and congregation members

- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Maintains a good rapport with ministry heads, staff, and business contacts
- Flexibility by being able to adapt and adjust with updating processes and timelines
- Respond in a timely manner (within 24 hours) to ministry related electronic, telephone, or personal contact
Additional Requirements:
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ that results in a life lived in obedience to the will of God as described in the Word of God, evident by spiritual fruit and the desire to grow in the Lord
- Supports the works of the ministry of Radiant Church
- Beliefs consistent with Radiant Church’s “Statement of Faith”
- Willing to become, if not already, a partner of Radiant Church within 6 months of employment
