Job Title: Project Coordinator- Nuclear ProjectsWork Location: Richland, WAContract: 1+ year contractJob Description:Coordinate project teams of 1-5 members, overseeing planning, scheduling, and control of project activities. Serve as a specialist with in-depth knowledge of specific projects. Stay updated on new developments and technologies. Monitor projects and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. Develop budget estimates.Preferred Certifications:PMP Certification (desired but not required)Construction Management Certification (desired but not required)Key Responsibilities:Manage small projects for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line maintenance.Oversee staff in planning, leading, controlling, and monitoring to ensure safe, quality, on-schedule, and within-budget work.Handle all aspects of project implementation, including budget, work package preparation, parts procurement, ALARA planning, industrial and nuclear safety, work prioritization, resource loading, and work execution.Develop and track budgets for assigned projects.Maintain frequent communication with clients, engineers, related parties, and management to ensure proper progress and focus.Develop and manage contracts and vendor interfaces.Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups, including senior management.Develop and maintain long-range plan strategies for assigned projects.Provide outage support, including OCC.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university AND one year of experience in a technical field.OR Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related technical curriculum from an accredited college or university AND three years of experience in a technical field.OR High School Diploma/GED AND five years of experience in a technical field.Skills Needed:Basic project management techniques.Core values related to human performance and cost-effective work execution.Proficiency in MS Office.Desired Skills:Familiarity with error reduction and human performance improvement methods.Knowledge of cost-effective work execution methodologies.Experience in managing projects, on-line work management, refueling and forced outage management, engineering, or standard project management techniques. \t\t\t \t\t\t
