You will collaborate on tailored recruitment strategies with clear goals and manage the entire recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Participate in weekly career/realtor/real estate/recruiting events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Hit hiring goals and track progress from application to offer acceptance.
  • Over communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback and address any concerns.
  • Update and maintain applicant workflow in company's chosen CRM
  • 60 - 75 phone screenings a week
  • Engage with applicant within 24 hours

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of high volume recruiting and interview experience
  • Demonstrated interest in understanding the needs of hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve hiring goals, from application to offer acceptance.
  • Passion for recruiting sales professionals and building high-performing teams.
  • Solution-minded approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on transparency and clarity.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in the real estate industry


Compensation Structure:

  • Compensation breakdown: Base Salary + Bonus
  • Benefits: 401k after 6 months, Health Benefits after 30 days, PTO

Location:

  • Full Time - On Site: we have offices located in Plano as well as Southlake.
