We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Sourcer. This role will support recruiting and sourcing needs on the team, providing additional screening and sourcing capability.

3-5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience sourcing for IT positions preferred
Strong knowledge in talent sourcing, recruiting including, but not limited to, phone screening, qualifying candidates, identifying those for interview recommendation, and relationship management
Basic knowledge of local regulatory compliance and local employment law preferred
Strong experience within applicant tracking systems (i.e., Workday)
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.
