Afternoon Office Manager and Bookkeeper
About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Afternoon Office Manager and Bookkeeper at Sandhills Gymnastics in Pinehurst, NC. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the success of our growing gymnastics facility. The hours are 1pm to 7pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Assist with customer inquiries and registration
  • Support staff with scheduling and communication
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and supplies
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in office management and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
