The Business Development Manager for Digital Solutions in Radiology plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company's digital radiology solutions. This position is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of business development strategies for digital radiology solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the radiology digital solutions space.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive the promotion and sales of digital radiology solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, radiology professionals, and industry partners.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, technological advancements, and competitive landscape in the digital radiology solutions sector.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote and represent the company's digital radiology solutions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable insights for enhancing digital radiology solutions based on market feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth for digital radiology solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams and clients on new digital radiology solutions and technologies.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders to expand the reach of digital radiology solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support digital radiology solutions promotion.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, specifically in the healthcare or medical technology industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital solutions for radiology, including PACS, RIS, and other imaging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of radiology operations and workflows within healthcare organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor business development strategies.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing high-value contracts and agreements.
  • Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
