Practice Manager

A typical day in the life of a Practice Manager, includes:
- Create an environment where employees want to come to work and patients come to seek care.
- Oversee day to day operations of the center, collaborating with center clinical staff to ensure patient care.
- Directly supervise all registration and clinical (non-provider) staff within the center.
- Engage and promote a positive culture within the center in alignment with company values.
- Support and facilitate employee growth and development within the center and organization.
- Work to achieve center KPI targets including: inventory management, patient satisfaction and access and staffing reports.
- Ensure accurate inventory of medical, office, and prescription supplies; ordering as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for all facility and employee related concerns or issues to best support center and staff success.
- Provide backup to registration and/or clinical tasks as needed.
What you bring to our TEAM:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field, preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, EMR (Experity) and scheduling systems (When to Work)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Our centers are open (7) days per week 8AM to 8PM. This is a full-time salary exempt position with the expectation of working at minimum 40 hours per week with weekend availability at least two weekends per month
