About Us: 322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House are renowned for their mouthwatering barbecue and artisanal brioche donuts, served with a creative flair. Our concepts are rooted in quality, flavor, and a passion for delivering an unforgettable dining experience, whether it’s a hearty brunch, a casual lunch, or a delightful dinner.

Your Role: As our Executive Chef, you will be at the helm of culinary operations. We’re looking for someone who can bring creativity, leadership, and efficiency to our kitchens, helping us maintain our high standards while pushing the boundaries of what our menu can offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse kitchen team across three locations, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Innovation: Drive menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences while maintaining the unique identity of each concept.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Supply Chain: Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure top-quality ingredients are always available.
  • Financial Oversight: Perform food costing, manage kitchen finances, and optimize operational costs to ensure profitability across all locations.
  • Staff Management: Efficiently schedule and manage kitchen staff to maintain optimal operation without compromising quality.

  • Experience: A seasoned chef with a proven track record in high-volume kitchens, ideally with experience in managing multiple locations.
