Part-time Receptionist

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused and highly driven part-time Receptionist. This person needs to be a multitasker who is organized, detail-oriented, and highly enthusiastic This job requires an outgoing personality with a high interest in assisting our guests and being attentive to their needs, not only in person but also over the phone. The Receptionist is the first impression of our dealership, both on the phone and in person, and must present themselves with courtesy and a professional image.

The work schedule is as follows: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and alternate mornings and afternoons with the other part-time Receptionist on Saturdays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)

  • Promptly welcome all guests
  • Receive visitors, obtaining their name and nature of business, and directing guests to the appropriate department, waiting room, or to other appropriate personnel
  • Efficiently operate a multi-line phone system
  • Understand and follow the receptionist's process, including, but not limited to, organizing Parts and service invoices, repair orders, etc.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, light computer/data entry, and filing
  • Ensure every guest receives the highest level of professionalism & customer service
  • Attend department meetings as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Exude strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain honesty and integrity while performing all job duties
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct

This job requires “people” skills and a genuine desire to service the client. A professional vocal tone, politeness, a positive attitude, punctuality, a willingness to be a team member, and a cheery disposition are essential to this position. We are looking for someone who really wants to work

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable).
  • Must maintain a clean, acceptable, and safe driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a social media check, a drug screen & physical, a background check, and a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language.
  • Ability to work with multiple computer programs and a multi-line phone system
