General Description:

The Command Center Duty Representative (CCDR) Program Manager is responsible for representing the company, overseeing the Command Center Representatives, and serving as the primary liaison with leadership within the government agency.

Major Duties:

  • Authority and Representation: In addition to the standard responsibilities outlined in the Command Center Duty Representative position description, the Program Manager holds full authority to represent the company on matters such as scheduling, employee assignments, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, reporting, and administration.

  • Reporting and Deliverables: Ensure that all required reports and deliverables are submitted in a timely manner, meeting all identified deadlines.

  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control reviews of all products and services provided by the Command Center Duty Representatives to ensure they meet the required standards.

Professional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Security Clearance: Must have a current Top Secret security clearance, with the ability to maintain it throughout the contract's duration.

  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years, preferably seven (7) years, of supervisory or team leadership experience managing personnel and coordinating personnel actions, including disciplinary measures, in one or more of the following areas:

    • Law enforcement or security
    • Emergency management
    • Operations centers for law enforcement, security, or emergency management

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities, effectively managing and adapting to new demands.

  • Prioritization: Demonstrated skill in prioritizing tasks and assignments in response to shifting priorities.

  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact. Ability to adapt communication style and tone to effectively engage different audiences.

  • Team Building: Demonstrated experience in building teams, coaching, training, and mentoring employees to enhance their skills and performance.
