Job Title: Office Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the smooth and successful running of our Practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Practice staff, producing performance and quality standards, and maintaining the practice's clinical and administrative computer systems. The Office Manager will also assist in the recruitment of all office staff, organize and arrange interviews, and be involved in the interviewing of potential employee candidates. Additionally, the Office Manager will assist in marketing items as needed.


Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop Practice staff to ensure the smooth running of the Practice

- Produce performance and quality standards within the Practice through customer service skills, attention to detail, and common sense

- Maintain the practice's clinical and administrative computer systems to ensure delivery of high standards of data quality. Report all issues to the company IT team

- Assist in the recruitment of all office staff, organize and arrange interviews, and be involved in the interviewing of potential employee candidates

- Assist in marketing items as needed



Requirements:

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
