The Opportunity

As a front-line employee of our digital branch, it is your responsibility to provide technical support to customers as it relates to products, services and industry practices: including risk mitigation best practices. Collaborate with customers and bank staff to ensure the implementation of services, training of end users, and promotion of the features and benefits of bank products and services are being effectively communicated. Assist Electronic Banking Officer with special projects, reporting, and various other duties.


Count on to:

• Assist customers and businesses who call or visit the bank and are having issues with passwords or become locked out of online banking.

• Provide technical support to customers as it relates to products, services, and industry practices: including risk mitigation and best practices.

• Answer questions and respond to requests with proper etiquette through email and telephone within established timelines.

• Participates in projects, new product offerings, and system conversions related to supported electronic banking products and services.

• Assist with monitoring customer ACH origination activity; meet all daily deadlines for wire and ACH processing.

• Assist our Fedline employees with backup and coverage.

• Aggregate and compile monthly reports.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• High school degree or 6 - 12 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.

• Provide stellar customer service.

• Understand electronic banking processes and terminology.

• Prioritize daily workload.

• Use computer and technical skills.

• Communicate effectively with customers and employees.
