- Assist with departmental reports and expenses.
- Perform additional job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in receptionist or administrative support roles.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a Notary license or willingness to obtain.
