About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Requisition Specialist to join our team at Apartment Management Consultants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to both property and corporate staff, ensuring seamless financial operations and efficient management of bank accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounting tasks related to property disposition, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline post-close processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage site financials, including bank account closures and reconciliations.
  • Balance bank reconciliations on a monthly basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Process wire transfers as needed, ensuring secure and efficient transactions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • At least six months of experience in an office management or administrative role, with a strong understanding of financial operations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
