What You'll Do:

  • Accurately enter and update dental insurance plan details into practice management software, ensuring the highest data quality.
  • Retrieve insurance information from various portals and transform it into easy-to-understand formats for dental practices.
  • Engage directly with clients, providing top-notch service through phone, email, or our collaborative dashboard.
  • Embrace a variety of tasks, contributing to our mission of simplifying dental care.

Who You Are:

  • A high school graduate (or equivalent) with a flair for technology and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and comfortable with office tech and equipment.
  • An effective communicator in English, both in writing and speech, who values customer satisfaction.
  • Someone who values confidentiality, adheres to HIPAA regulations, and is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
