Responsibilities
  • Help agents train and implement Farmers technology into their offices.
  • Answer agents questions about the system and address any issues they have.
  • Help agents translate technical issues into tangible solutions.
  • Share best practices and solutions with agents throughout the District.
  • Help agency owners with policy and quoting solutions.
  • Drive growth through motivation with agency owners.

Requirements
  • Microsoft Office suite, CRM, Salesforce, or other sales software knowledge is a plus.
  • Minimum education: Some college experience or Associate's degree.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license, but willing to hire and help train the right individual.
