Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Prioritization: Work closely with business owners to help prioritize tasks and initiatives, ensuring the focus remains on long-term growth and success.
  • Operational Efficiency: Improve the day-to-day operations by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and removing inefficiencies.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience working as a Chief of Staff or similar role is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze problems, and provide actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate and excel in a constantly evolving environment.
