About This Job

As the Chief of Staff at 041 Agency, you'll be the right-hand person to our business owners, enabling them to be more productive than ever by helping to streamline operations, prioritize initiatives, and make informed decisions. You'll work in a fast-paced, scrappy, and rapidly growing environment, ensuring our leadership team is focused on driving long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Prioritization: Work closely with business owners to help prioritize tasks and initiatives, ensuring the focus remains on long-term growth and success.
  • Operational Efficiency: Improve the day-to-day operations by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and removing inefficiencies.
  • Project Management: Oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and clear communication across teams.
  • Leadership Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and helping to resolve high-impact issues.
  • Team Alignment: Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned with company objectives and provide support to make sure everyone is moving in the same direction.
  • Communication: Serve as a bridge between business owners, team members, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and that priorities are understood and executed.
  • Special Projects: Lead and manage ad hoc special projects that support strategic growth, providing detailed reports and recommendations to leadership.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide solutions to operational and organizational challenges, focusing on improving processes and achieving business goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience working as a Chief of Staff or similar role is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze problems, and provide actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate and excel in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with business tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and collaboration tools.
