Starting Pay: $23/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client and Employee Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This critical role serves as the first point of contact for families seeking our services and is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families inquiring about services.
- Gather all required information and documentation from new clients.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to authorize services.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard behavior technicians for new clients.
- Assist in the hiring and training of new behavior technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Pass background check
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience with insurance authorization processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment and onboarding preferred.
- Must reside in Utah and be willing to travel periodically to Utah County, Salt Lake County, and Weber County.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
