We're searching for a diligent Office Assistant to provide administrative support. You will be responsible for email, document, and calendar management as well as meeting note-taking. You will occasionally assist with HR functions. Applicants should be proficient in English and be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Compensation:$31,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Should be able to learn the Company’s way of doing things [Administration Manual]
- Should be able to organize and manage work schedules
- Reviewing Drafting of Email(s) as needed by and for the Company and self, as needed
- Arrangement of assignment
- Label all Documents received
- Assist in any administrative tasks assigned by seniors
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- MBA/BBA or any other relevant qualification
- Experience: Fresh-1 year
