WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

The Sales Engagement Coordinator serves as an advocate for the Generous Brands portfolio, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and supporting positive brand impact. This role involves packaging and distributing product samples and assets across the US and Canada, as well as assist in raising internal awareness and engaging with external communities to support company culture and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and bring a proactive, energetic approach to supporting our products.

  • Prepare and package boxes containing product samples and assets for shipment. Ensuring orders are shipped out on time with 100% on track arrival.
  • Coordinate the workflow of product sample requests to ensure timely shipment with a 100% on-time delivery track record.
  • Troubleshoot shipping issues by liaising directly with logistics companies to find solutions. Provide alternative solutions to requestors when problems arise.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of shipping assets. Secure and order assets as needed, adhering to budget constraints and understanding budget coding for ordering.
  • Identify and propose cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities related to order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with key departments to manage inventory levels effectively. Proactively manage requests and report on historical trends to ensure adequate supply levels for future launches.
  • Understand and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the Fulfillment Trailer maintains high standards in functionality and organization. Continuously seek ways to improve its effectiveness.
  • Adhere Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the department to ensure consistent results.
  • Generate reports when needed and communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Event Support
  • Support the Event Manager with facilitating the process of event product orders and freight requests, ensuring comprehensive communication of shipping logistics and information to all stakeholders involved.
  • Support packaging and distribution of event assets to corporate events and trade shows. Assist with inventory of event assets, ensuring they are operational and organized.
  • Help facilitate ongoing Generous Brands consumer engagement efforts throughout major US cities. Working with territory representatives for in person engagement.
  • Support the team in planning and executing impactful charitable giving events in our brand's local communities - fostering community engagement and promoting social responsibility.
  • Assist in promoting events through social media, community newsletters, and media channels.
  • Help evaluate event success through attendee feedback and post-event analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Onsite event support for major events when needed

  • Maintain organized digital file management
  • Assist with Generous Brands internal communications pertaining to engagement initiatives
  • All other duties as assigned


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritize and ensure a productive environment


ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Travel may be required periodically for in person engagement support
  • Ability to manage projects, set priorities, pro-actively resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with a diverse employee population and with internal/external customers in an effective, professional manner

HOURS & WORKDAYS:

  • 1st shift (8:00am-5:00pm) Monday through Friday, when business requires overtime will be mandatory
