The Sales Administrator’s essential responsibilities are to contribute to the overall success of the sales team by working alongside sales management to ensure daily processes and KPI’s are being monitored, as well as increase Member engagement and contribute to sales’ efforts by achieving the role specific


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage potential clients in our marketplace, through Professional Communication & Etiquette
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
  • Communicate prospective client concerns or issues to sales management in an expedient manner.
  • Coordinates with the Regional Sales Manager to provide exemplary service to Prospective Customers.
  • Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
  • Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Exhibit and articulate the ability to articulate our competitive position in the marketplace.
  • Maintain awareness of pertinent prospective client information, document information within the CRM for reference.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies
  • Submit prospective customer engagement plans, schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up.
  • Maintain all sales and account management boards within ConnectWise and Glass Hive daily, responding and assigning resources as needed to help fulfil member and prospect requests.
  • Utilize Glass Hive to assist RSMs with individual marketing efforts by creating and deploying content that aides' sales efforts and prompts engagement from prospects and current members.
  • Assist Management team with document creation for CharTec SOPs and CORE, etc.


Knowledge, skills and/or Abilities Required:

  • Ability to perform public speaking and presentations on CharTec products and services.
  • Interpersonal skills, such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to keep up on necessary ongoing industry related training.
  • 100% knowledge of ConnectWise, CORE, Glass Hive, and the ability to demonstrate each platform.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • CRM Experience (ConnectWise, Autotask, TigerPaw)
  • Working knowledge of Managed Service Sales Process and Closing Documentation.
  • Previous Administrative, Support in Clerical Environment experience.
  • The ability to execute work expectations with little to no supervision on a consistent basis
