General Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all facets of contesting including creating rules, disseminating relevant information for contests and distributing prizes
  • Coordinate and track sponsored content details between sales and news
  • Plan and execute off-site station events
  • Manage promotion announcement libraries and populate promotion logs for multiple markets
  • Communicate inventory availability or programming conflicts to stations daily
  • Effectively work with other team members and managers in a professional manner
  • Manage the placement of Public Service Announcements and relationships with charitable organizations
  • Create and manage various reports using proprietary programs, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suites.
  • Other duties as assigned

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. Final Compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
