KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Engagement Coordinator acts as a champion for the Generous Brands portfolio, concentrating on improving customer interactions and fostering a positive brand presence. Responsibilities include the preparation and distribution of product samples and marketing materials across North America, as well as enhancing internal awareness and engaging with external communities to bolster company culture and customer relations. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative, cross-functional setting and adopt a proactive, enthusiastic approach to product support.

  • Assemble and dispatch boxes containing product samples and marketing materials, ensuring timely shipments with a 100% on-time delivery rate.
  • Oversee the workflow of product sample requests to guarantee prompt shipment and maintain a perfect on-time delivery record.
  • Resolve shipping challenges by coordinating with logistics providers to identify solutions, offering alternatives to requestors when necessary.
  • Maintain precise inventory records of shipping materials, securing and ordering supplies as needed while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Identify and suggest cost-saving measures and efficiency enhancements related to order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with key departments to effectively manage inventory levels, proactively addressing requests and analyzing historical trends to ensure sufficient supplies for upcoming launches.
  • Understand and comply with key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve daily operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the Fulfillment Trailer is well-organized and functional, continuously seeking improvements.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the department to guarantee consistent outcomes.
  • Generate reports as required and communicate essential metrics to stakeholders.
  • Event Support Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Event Manager in coordinating event product orders and freight requests, ensuring clear communication of shipping logistics to all involved parties.
  • Support the packaging and distribution of event materials for corporate events and trade shows, ensuring inventory is organized and operational.
  • Facilitate Generous Brands consumer engagement initiatives in major cities, collaborating with territory representatives for in-person interactions.
  • Assist in planning and executing impactful charitable events in local communities, promoting social responsibility and community involvement.
  • Help promote events through various communication channels.
  • Evaluate event success through attendee feedback and post-event analysis to identify improvement areas.
  • Provide onsite support for significant events as needed.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain organized digital file management.
  • Assist with internal communications related to engagement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a productive work environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Periodic travel may be necessary for in-person engagement support.
  • Ability to manage projects, set priorities, and proactively resolve challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce and internal/external customers.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • 1st shift (8:00am-5:00pm) Monday through Friday; overtime may be required as needed.
