INTEGRA Biosciences Corporation is an industry leader in innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. We seek an entry-level Technical Support Representative to generate new service business through outbound phone calls and emails.
Who is the ideal candidate for this role? Someone who enjoys B2B customer service, problem solving and has exceptional organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Track and monitor service agreements with customers, notifying and quoting the customer when renewal is needed.
- Contact potential customers through cold calls and emails.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services.
- Customize service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
- Exhibit confidence and professionalism in communication via email, phone, and video call.
- Report sales results to the Global Technical Service Manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and other members of the Technical Service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills: experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
