RoadBlock Solutions, a division of RSG International, is a leading provider and distributor of innovative safety products aimed at keeping roads, work zones and people safe. We also develop and sell temporary and permanent steel road safety and security barriers for the North American market.

Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing day-to-day administration tasks with a primary focus on sales orders, inventory, and inside sales. They will assist in the facilitation of transactions while ensuring both accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. This role will work closely with our outside sales team by policing and inputting sales opportunities into our CRM platform.

Responsibilities
  • Processing orders, including customer set-up within ERP and accounting system, managing deliveries, communicating customer service issues, maintaining CRM and ERP pricing modules, and updating other order management records as required
  • Support in tracking and managing change orders and order revisions.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor backlog reports to ensure adequate inventory
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership and the Sales Team to ensure that the sales pipeline remains active and accurate.
  • Identify and track sales leads from tendering networks and build opportunity pipeline through the use of private, State, and Federal tendering networks and annual reports.
  • Develop, distribute, and track sales quotations.
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers including proposal creation, sales campaign execution, reports as needed, and other tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with A/R to provide sales orders and process customer payments.
  • Support the collection efforts with supplementary customer information and order details.
  • Support marketing initiatives, as needed, and assist to co-ordinate tradeshows, product showcases, and customer and end-user presentations.
  • Support to ensure that the ERP, CRM, and financial programs are accurate and timely to ensure accurate reporting on all aspects of the sales and financial reporting process.
  • Other duties as assigned to support revenue growth and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years in an office administration role with previous experience within sales coordination being a strong asset
  • Knowledge of a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot.
  • High school diploma or GED needed; Post-Secondary Education preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as within team environment
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
