For special occasions, our catering services provide a delectable selection of culinary delights.

With seating for 130, two outdoor balconies, a spacious mezzanine seating area above the in-store Starbucks, and a cozy spot for professionals to work or meet over coffee with complimentary WIFI, we aim to create a community hub. Our outdoor patio features a walk-up barbecue smokehouse for a mouthwatering lunch or dinner, a fire pit, and a 5-hole putting green, making Fresh Take a destination for families and individuals alike.

About This Position:

Fresh Take Grocery is seeking a Assistant Bakery Manager to support our bakery operations with expertise and creativity. This role involves assisting in overseeing all bakery operations, ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who loves baking, has strong leadership skills, and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising and training bakery staff
  • Help manage inventory and ensure freshness of all bakery products
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer customer inquiries
  • Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Support in achieving and maintaining sales and profit goals
  • Follow merchandising plans set forth by the Store Manager

Availability:

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Focus on Fresh
  • Proven experience in bakery or similar environment management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales and profit goals
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
