Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager of Bakery Services to assist in managing our bakery operations with skill and innovation. This role entails supporting the oversight of all bakery functions, ensuring the utmost standards of quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for baking, strong leadership capabilities, and a dedication to providing an outstanding experience for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising and training bakery personnel
  • Help manage inventory levels and guarantee the freshness of all bakery items
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
  • Uphold rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Support the achievement of sales and profitability objectives
  • Implement merchandising strategies as directed by the Store Manager

Work Schedule:

This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
