About the Role:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for tasks to support our Corporate teams. This includes processing timesheets and payroll, managing travel, insurance audits, contract management, 401K audits and plan management, and handling general Corporate tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

What Makes a Successful Candidate:

Must have:

  • High School Diploma
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting processes as well as familiarity with Human Resources
  • Knowledge of DCAA guidelines and experience ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • 5+ years proven experience with Costpoint, ADP, and Deltek Time and Expense including:
    • Ensuring accuracy, processing, and approving timesheets in Deltek
    • ADP payroll verification, accuracy, and processing
    • Managing and approving Travel and expense reports in Costpoint
    • Assisting with the review of documentation in support of DCAA audits and ensuring DCAA compliance
    • Conducting insurance audits of employee benefit records in Costpoint and ADP
    • Support the management and verification of accuracy of the 401K plan in Costpoint
    • 401K audit processes and compiling and reviewing data related to employee contributions, employer matches, and account balances
    • Monitor and manage contract ceilings, funding, and compliance in Costpoint and alert Leadership of issues or budgetary concerns
    • Support workers' compensation audits by preparing audit documentation, assisting with data entry, and supporting the audit process to ensure accurate and compliant results.
    • Additional duties as assigned
