The Administrative Coordinator at BWMC supervises and manages our Front Desk Receptionists at all BWMC locations.

The Administrative Coordinator will ensure that the Receptionists complete their duties in a professional and effective manner. These duties include performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionists are the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role will require working Saturday's, so flexibility is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise Front Desk Receptionists at all BWMC locations
  • Monitor performance of all Front Desk Receptionist
  • Prepare reports regarding performance of all Receptionists
  • Assist in training and development
  • Assist HR/Recruiting in interviewing final applicants for new all locations
Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role in a Marine, Auto or RV Dealership preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, copiers and printers)
  • Dealership Experience
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills and must be polished and professional
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
