General Overview:

Status Logistics Inc. is a provider of transportation services specializing in Dry Van Transport, Equipment Transport, and Yard Management. We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to become part of our team. As a thriving small business, we value flexibility and experience with FMCSA regulations to support our growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Perform data entry using QuickBooks Online, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, as well as account reconciliations and billing.
  • Oversee FMCSA compliance.
  • Maintain Equipment Maintenance records (both electronic and physical).
  • Coordinate Safety Training and Policy Communications.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with the onboarding process for new drivers.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients related to billing procedures.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to communicate and track essential company data.
  • Manage collection of time sheets and other critical information for drivers.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in QuickBooks Online and Office Administration.
  • Familiarity with FMCSA Rules & Regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong typing skills (40 WPM or more).
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Comfortable in a small business environment.
