About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Care Representative/Dispatcher to join our team at Heartland's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This opening is a Part Time position. Will be afternoons, with a schedule of 12-6 pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls from clients and technicians
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls
  • Review previous calls with clients for training and quality
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role preferred
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Highschool or GED
