Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the customer service database by accurately entering and updating information.
- Develop and update operational procedures for the tasks performed.
- Stay vigilant for potential fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with management to create training opportunities for team members.
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership in all tasks.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in time management, organization, and multitasking.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
